Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sansera.ai (the “Site”), operated by Sansera Inc. (“Sansera,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. The Site
The Site provides general information about Sansera and its products. Access to and use of the Sansera platform and related services is governed by a separate written agreement between you (or your organization) and Sansera. Nothing on the Site constitutes an offer, and no client, business associate, or other relationship is created by your use of the Site.
2. No medical advice
The content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for the independent clinical judgment of a qualified healthcare professional. It does not create a provider-patient relationship. Do not rely on the Site to diagnose or treat any condition. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
3. Permitted use
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You will not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its related systems or networks;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its servers;
- Use automated means to scrape or harvest content or data from the Site without our prior written consent; or
- Use the Site in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
4. Intellectual property
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, product names, and software, are owned by Sansera Inc. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. “Sansera” and the Sansera product names are trademarks of Sansera Inc. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to view the Site for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted, and you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
5. Information you submit
If you submit information through the Site, you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. Do not submit confidential information or protected health information through the Site’s forms. Our collection and use of the information you submit is described in our Privacy Policy.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those sites. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.
7. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sansera disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. 8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sansera Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
9. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site or any part of it at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
11. SMS Terms and Conditions
By opting into or using the Sansera Inc. text messaging service (“SMS Program”), you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.
11.1 Program details
- Program name: Sansera Care Management Members Outreach.
- Company name: Sansera Inc.
- Program description: The SMS Program provides recurring, transactional, and informational text messages related to your enrollment in Sansera Inc.’s care management services. Messages include, but are not limited to, appointment confirmations and reminders, scheduling updates, prescription refill reminders, and responses to support inquiries.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your enrollment status and your interaction with your care plan.
11.2 Consent and opt-in
- User consent: By providing your mobile phone number and explicitly checking the consent box on the Sansera Inc. website, you provide express written consent to receive recurring text messages from Sansera Inc.
- No condition of purchase: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services or products from Sansera Inc.
11.3 Cost and carriers
- Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply to any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, please contact your wireless provider.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
11.4 Opt-out and support
- Opt-out instructions: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving all messages, simply reply STOP to any message you receive. After you text STOP to us, we will send you an SMS reply to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive any messages from that number.
- Support/help instructions: If you are experiencing issues or need assistance, you can reply HELP to any message you receive. Alternatively, you may contact Sansera Inc. through the contact options on sansera.ai.
11.5 Privacy and security disclosures
- Privacy policy: Your information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Non-sharing of mobile data: We will not sell, rent, or otherwise share your mobile phone number or opt-in data with unaffiliated third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
- Security risk disclosure: Text messages (SMS) are not inherently secure and may be viewed by anyone who has access to your mobile device. By opting in, you acknowledge that you have been informed of the potential risks of communicating via text message, and you accept those risks. We limit the amount of Protected Health Information (PHI) shared via text to the minimum necessary for care management.
